Dancehall powerhouse Spice is once again rewriting the genre’s record books, as her debut album 10 has officially surpassed 503 million streams on Spotify—making her the first Jamaican female dancehall artist to cross the 500-million milestone with a single project. The achievement marks a defining moment for women in dancehall and reinforces the album’s enduring global appeal across the Caribbean, U.S., and U.K. markets.
The milestone arrives amid fresh chart momentum driven by her latest single Clean and Fresh, which surged to No.1 on the Reggae Songs chart on iTunes and entered the all-genre Top 100 in both the United States and United Kingdom within hours of release. Produced on the WYFL riddim by Crashdummy and DJ Mac, the track has quickly become a streaming and social media favourite, signalling another viral cycle for the Queen of Dancehall.
The new milestone builds on a strong resurgence for 10, which re-entered the Reggae Albums rankings on Billboard in late 2025—four years after its original debut via VP Records. The Grammy-nominated project has since evolved into one of the most dominant dancehall albums of the streaming era, moving more than 140,000 units in the U.S. while earning multiple international certifications through data tracked by Luminate. Its global impact has been powered largely by the crossover hit Go Down Deh, featuring dancehall icons Sean Paul and Shaggy, which continues to generate hundreds of thousands of daily streams while dominating short-form video platforms.
As streaming numbers climb and new releases spark renewed chart traction, Spice’s historic run signals a broader shift in global dancehall—one where female artists are commanding larger audiences than ever. With fresh music gaining momentum and 10 continuing to break barriers, the Queen’s reign shows no signs of slowing.
