Byron Messia, one of the rising stars of dancehall, continues to make waves on the global music scene as his hit single “Talibans” secures yet another milestone, being officially certified Gold in the United Kingdom. The British Phonographic Industry (BPI) made the revelation on Friday, February 23, marking the latest achievement for the artist.
This recognition comes just over a year after the song’s initial release, signifying the enduring popularity and widespread acclaim for Messia’s captivating track. Previously, “Talibans” had already received a Silver certification in August 2023 in the UK and achieved Gold status in Canada last September, underlining its international appeal and commercial success.
