Jamaican reggae singer D’Yani has unveiled the official cover art and tracklist for his forthcoming debut album LLAP (Live Life & Prosper), triggering a wave of positive feedback from fans and industry peers on social media as anticipation builds for its August 21 release. The 11-track project marks a significant milestone for the rising singer, coming after the success of songs including “Live a Little” and “Journey” and his recent signing with UK-based independent powerhouse Lizzy Records, which has positioned him for a broader international push.
The album features “Journey”, “Live a Little”, “Dutchpot”, “On and On”, “Blooming”, “Miss You Bad”, “Love Is Infinite”, “Fi Mi Mama”, “Joy Come a Morning”, “Clasp Your Hands” and “Jah Has Been Too Good”. “Live a Little,” with collective views exceeding 7.8 million, and “Journey,” which has already surpassed 370,000 views on YouTube while generating thousands of streams across digital platforms, have emerged as key drivers of momentum heading into the project. Its early performance has further strengthened expectations surrounding D’Yani’s first full-length body of work.
The LLAP announcement also comes at an important point in D’Yani’s career. In June, the singer signed with Lizzy Records, becoming the UK label’s first Jamaican artiste as the company expands its international footprint.
