Shake It to the Max (Fly) Remix Certified Platinum in France — Reclaims No. 1 Spot on Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart

Moliy’s monster hit Shake It To The Max (Fly) remix featuring Shenseea, Skillibeng, and Silent Addy has stormed back to the top of the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart, reclaiming the No. 1 spot after slipping to the No.2 slot as Tyla’s Chanel briefly interrupted its reign. The Afro-dancehall anthem, which has dominated the chart for over 25 consecutive weeks, just received another significant boost—being certified platinum in France by SNEP for surpassing 200,000 combined sales and streaming units.

The success story doesn’t stop there. The track has already secured gold in New Zealand, Greece, and the U.K., with more milestones likely on the horizon. On the Billboard charts, it continues to climb, rising from No. 22 to No. 19 on Pop Airplay in its 19th week while maintaining a strong presence at No. 43 on Radio Songs and moving up to No. 20 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Its 27 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart further underline its global impact.

Produced by Miami-based duo Silent Addy and Disco Neil under the Bashment Sound imprint, Shake It To The Max (Fly) has racked up more than 281 million YouTube views across all versions. The remix, featuring Shenseea and Skillibeng, was named one of Spotify’s Top 5 Songs of Summer 2025, charted in over 45 countries, and hit No. 1 in Trinidad and Tobago. Its high-energy blend of Afrobeats and dancehall became a festival and club staple from Kingston to Amsterdam, solidifying the track as a worldwide party anthem.

For the artists, these achievements mark major career milestones. Moliy’s breakout anthem continues her ascent as a defining voice in global Afrobeats, Shenseea earns her second MTV VMA nod, and Skillibeng adds another international accolade to his résumé. Together, the quartet has transformed a dance-floor favourite into a global cultural phenomenon, proving that Afro-Caribbean rhythms are now firmly at the centre of the international music scene.

With its unstoppable momentum and platinum status in France, Shake It To The Max (Fly) isn’t just a hit—it’s shaping 2025’s global soundscape and hinting at a lasting legacy for Moliy and her collaborators.
