Dancehall star Jah Vinci is turning up the heat this Friday with the release of his steamy new single, “Making Love,” produced by Notnice Records. The teaser alone has fans buzzing across social media, hinting at a bold and intimate direction from the artist best known for balancing street grit with heartfelt emotion.

Following the massive success of his previous hit “Scream,” which has amassed over 8.3 million views on YouTube, Jah Vinci says his latest effort explores an even deeper layer of passion and vulnerability. “‘Scream’ did definitely open few doors, can’t lie,” he told Prism Marketing Consultants. “It show say the fans love that kinda raw, emotional energy. But this new single dig even deeper—not just about the physical connection, it’s about the feeling behind it.”

The visuals for “Making Love” promise to match the song’s seductive tone, described by Jah Vinci as “sexy and cinematic.” The video, directed by Linkz and produced in collaboration with Notnice and Kram, was envisioned as a short film that tells a story of intimacy and connection through each scene. “From the start, mi did have a clear vision — sexy and cinematic, almost like a short movie,” Jah Vinci explained. “Wi very hands-on with wi work, wi nuh just show up; mi help shape the whole vibe.”

While the sensuality of the track takes center stage, the artist emphasises that authenticity remains his guiding principle. “Mi always grateful fi the female fans — dem energy different. But mi keep it balanced by staying true to myself. Even when mi touch the sensual side, mi still sing from the heart, from real experiences,” he said.

As Jah Vinci embraces this new chapter in his artistry, he describes it as a reflection of his personal and creative growth. “Yeah man, mi definitely more free now as an artist. This release represent the bold side a mi — the side weh nuh fraid fi express anything,” he shared. “So yes, the fans can expect more of that — more feelings, more reality, more unfiltered Jah Vinci.”

With “Making Love” set to drop this Friday, fans can expect a visually stunning and emotionally charged release that cements Jah Vinci’s evolution into one of dancehall’s most soulful and daring voices.
