The Jamaican songstress is set to embark on a 9-city European tour beginning this weekend in Brussels, Belgium—bringing her signature blend of bold lyrics, charismatic stage presence, and Caribbean flavour to major cities across the continent. The highly anticipated tour includes stops in Paris, Cologne, Toulouse, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm, and The Hague, where she will conclude with a headline performance at Sunsplash Festival on July 13. Along the way, she’ll make key appearances at Yardland Festival and the iconic Summerjam in Germany, two of Europe’s most respected platforms for reggae and dancehall music.
The tour comes on the heels of another major achievement: Shenseea’s inclusion on the official SMURFS movie soundtrack. Released June 13 via Roc Nation Distribution, the 14-track set features global icons like Rihanna, Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Tyla, and James Corden. Shenseea’s fiery contribution, “It’s My Party,” injects dancehall energy into the family-friendly franchise, signalling a moment of cultural fusion between Caribbean music and Hollywood storytelling. With Rihanna voicing Smurfette in the film and a diverse voice cast rounding out the animation, the SMURFS reboot bridges nostalgia and modern pop culture—with Shenseea playing a central sonic role.
The soundtrack release adds another layer to what is shaping up to be a banner year for the entertainer. Her recent collaboration on the “Shake It To The Max (FLY)” remix with Moliy, Silent Addy, and Skillibeng continues to gain traction in the U.S., jumping eight places on the Billboard Hot 100 to land at No. 47 this week. It’s a strong indicator of Shenseea’s growing global presence—one she’s now taking directly to her European fanbase with this summer tour.
