After delivering a spirited performance to the large gathering at last Sunday’s staging of Sandz in New York City, the first of a five-city U.S tour this summer, dancehall artiste Aidonia is set to invade Bermuda this weekend for the first time in his career.
On Thursday, the Jamaican entertainer arrived in the British island territory located in the North Atlantic Ocean, renowned for its pink-sand beaches. He’s scheduled to perform at “Swizzle Sunrise” on Saturday, June 17th, alongside popular Soca star Skinny Fabulous.
In an interview with The Royal Gazette, Aidonia expressed his excitement about the upcoming showcase, stating, “It’s gonna be my first time there. I’m going to give the same type of show, the same type of vibe. I’m an energy performer; I’m an entertainer. I always try to do my best to entertain. So it’s going to be a good vibe.”
