Forbes Magazine, a renowned media company, on Friday, May 5, 2023, acknowledged Dream Weekend as one of the top festivals in Jamaica. The festival provides an unforgettable experience of non-stop partying on the 7-mile beach in Negril, making Jamaica the perfect destination for festival-goers. Forbes Magazine is known for its prestigious rankings, including America’s wealthiest celebrities, the world’s top companies, 30 Under 30, and more.

The Dream Entertainment team is thrilled to receive recognition for their hard work in the Jamaican entertainment industry. Managing Director, Scott Dunn, expressed gratitude for the accolade and believes it showcases the team’s dedication to providing patrons with a wholesome and memorable experience. The team is committed to improving the Dream experience even more.

Dream Weekend is the Caribbean’s largest party experience, featuring five days of non-stop entertainment with top artists from Jamaica and a mix of local and international Disc Jocks. The events are centred on dancehall, with elements of pop, house, hip hop, rap, and soca genres.

Forbes Magazine also highlighted Jamaica as the birthplace of reggae music, with various festivals catering to different tastes. The island’s sparkling blue waters, mountainous terrain, and fun-loving culture make it a popular destination for visitors throughout the year.

Chairman of Dream Entertainment, Kamal Bankay, described the recognition as a phenomenal achievement for Dream and the entire Jamaican community. Despite setbacks during the pandemic, the team remained bullish in their operations and continuously strived to elevate the Dream experience for their patrons.
