Emerging dancehall artist Theophilus Edwards more popularly known as Shane E has found himself in the cross-hairs of the law after being listed as a person of interest by the St. Andrew South Police.
The notice issued by the lawmen comes in relation to an increase in violent flare-ups within sections of the division.
Aside from the entertainer, another man named Stephen Sterling, aka ‘Tractor’, is being sought by law enforcement officers. Both men are of a Waterhouse, St. Andrew address and are asked to report to the Hunts Bay Police by midday, Friday, June 29.
Checked by our team revealed that up to 12:32 pm on Friday, Shane E had still not turned himself in, despite an earlier promise from his attorney Christopher Townsend that he would be meeting with the cops on said day.
Shane E is best known for the 2016 release Hundred Duppy and his 2019 hit Gone Sleep.
