BET has announced that legendary artist Busta Rhymes will be honoured with the esteemed Lifetime Achievement Award at the upcoming “BET Awards” 2023.
This prestigious accolade recognizes individuals who have significantly contributed to the culture and entertainment industry. Joining Busta Rhymes on stage to celebrate his remarkable 30-plus-year musical legacy will be a star-studded lineup including Jamaican dancehall stars Spice, Cutty Ranks, Dexta Daps and Super Cat alongside Bia, Coi Leray, MOP, Rah Digga, ScarLip, and Swizz Beatz, among several other surprise guests.
The event promises to be a memorable non-stop party commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop. Dem Franchize Boyz, D-Nice, Erick Sermon, Fabolous, Jeezy, Redman, Styles P, and YG are among the hip-hop stars who will be delivering electrifying performances.
Furthermore, BET Awards 2023 nominees Ice Spice and Latto, along with hip-hop artist Mad Lion, are also set to take the stage live. The BET Amplified stage will feature dynamic performances by Kaliii and BET Awards 2023 nominee Lola Brooke. The highly anticipated “BET Awards” 2023 will be broadcast live on Sunday, June 25th at 8 pm ET/PT from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
