Kodak Black is currently in hot water with Florida authorities after allegedly violating his bail conditions by failing a drug test earlier this month.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, it was revealed that a judge signed an arrest warrant for the rapper’s arrest on Thursday, which was filed in Broward County court the following day. The warrant instructs law enforcement to take Kodak into custody if any sheriff’s deputies encounter him.
The judge’s order stemmed from Kodak’s recent mishaps. According to the documents, he missed a drug screening appointment on February 3 and failed to submit a sample on that day. The following week, he did submit a sample, but it was allegedly found to be dirty by the agency conducting the test. Specifically, the test detected traces of fentanyl, though it is unknown how much.
These blunders were enough for the judge to issue the warrant for Kodak’s arrest, with orders to hold him without bond until his next hearing in relation to his Oxy case from last year. The situation is now up to law enforcement to apprehend the rapper and bring him to face the consequences of his actions.
