Alkaline is going back to the scene of one of his biggest UK moments. The Jamaican dancehall star will return to London’s OVO Arena Wembley on March 26, 2027, following his sold-out 2025 performance at the venue and his latest major accolade, the People’s Choice Award at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards. The upcoming show marks another chapter in Alkaline’s growing international live presence, with the official venue listing confirming his return to the UK stage.
Alkaline’s first OVO Arena Wembley appearance on April 17, 2025, was a significant milestone. The New Rules Festival staging sold out the 12,500-capacity venue, marking the deejay’s return to the UK after an eight-year absence. Prism Marketing Consultants reported that more than 12,500 fans packed the arena, with Alkaline delivering a performance built around major records including “Moving Mountains”, “Side Chick”, “After All”, “Boss” and “Cree”. The production also featured striking visuals, a live violinist and seamless transitions throughout the set.
His return to Wembley comes at a particularly notable point in his career. In September, Alkaline captured the People’s Choice Award at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards in Trinidad and Tobago, a fan-driven category that also featured Dexta Daps, Kes, Lady Lava, Shenseea, Vybz Kartel, Voice and Yung Bredda. The victory followed comments Alkaline made to JussBussTV in August, when he declared, “We change dancehall already and how people even view the genre… The proof deh deh.” Prism reported that the award gave his supporters a tangible new achievement to point to amid the continuing debate around his influence on contemporary dancehall.
The People’s Choice win adds to an already eventful 2026 for the Vendetta deejay. His latest album, NPT, became his third Billboard Reggae Albums entry, debuting at No. 10. The 16-track project followed New Level Unlocked, which topped the chart in 2016, and Top Prize, which debuted at No. 2 in 2021.
Now, with another major international concert on the calendar, Alkaline is preparing to reconnect with a UK audience that has already demonstrated its appetite for his music. The March 26, 2027 OVO Arena Wembley performance will give fans another opportunity to see the dancehall star bring his catalogue, latest material and distinctive live presentation back to one of London’s major concert stages.
