“This Christmas felt like the right moment to give the people something uplifting,” Notnice shared. “After everything Jamaica has been pushing through in the wake of Hurricane Melissa, I wanted to bring back a little joy, warmth and togetherness through the music. Merry Christmas From Yard is my way of reminding the island that even in rebuilding, we still have our culture, our creativity and our spirit.
