In an unfortunate turn of events, an ex-police officer named Damion Coley, widely known as ‘Panda Boss,’ was fatally shot on Tuesday morning in the vicinity of the Marketplace Entertainment Centre for the Arts (MECA) on Constant Spring Road in St. Andrew.
