The World Creole Music Festival 2023, organised by the Dominica Festival Committee, is set to dazzle attendees with the unveiling of a star-studded lineup. Jamaican sensations Popcaan, Jada Kingdom and the iconic Beres Hammond, are among the headliners who promise to elevate this year’s festival to new heights.
This carnival extravaganza spans three unforgettable nights, with a carefully curated schedule that ensures every artist shines on their respective day. On October 27, the first night features the charismatic Popcaan alongside other talents like Michele Henderson, DJ Stakz, Kenny G, VAYB, Patrice Roberts, the A-Team Band, and Triple Kay International. On the second night, October 28, legendary Beres Hammond takes the stage, accompanied by Gordon Henderson, Asa Bantan, Kalash, Joeboy, Tabou Combo, Joelle Ursull, Njie, Jean Luc Guanel, and Medhy Custos. The grand finale on October 29 sees the sensational Jada Kingdom and DJ Private Ryan sharing the limelight with Machel Montano, Signal Band, Midnight Groovers, Ezra D’Fun Machine, Jiggy, and The Extasy Band.
To enhance the festival experience, the Dominica Festival Committee has thoughtfully compiled a playlist of chart-topping hits by the performing artists, available via their YouTube page. This year’s World Creole Music Festival will run from October 27 to October 29, 2023, at Windsor Park Stadium, Dominica, making it the highlight of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations.

The World Creole Music Festival, which debuted in 1997, remains Dominica’s most vibrant and anticipated three-day festival. It not only showcases the finest Caribbean and international talents but also serves as a cornerstone for promoting regional cooperation and celebrating Dominican culture.
The festival’s resilience is evident, triumphantly returning in 2016 after a brief hiatus caused by the devastating storm Erika in 2015.
