Dancehall artiste Pamputtae is thrilled to announce her long-awaited return to the United Kingdom after successfully obtaining her UK visa, marking the end of an 11-year hiatus from entertaining her fans on the British mainland. Despite facing three previous visa denials, Pamputtae is determined to compensate for lost time.
Expressing her excitement, Pamputtae shared her aspirations of using this opportunity to not only enhance her career but also uplift her family and extend a helping hand to those in need. She emphasized her desire to spread her music and love worldwide, acknowledging the anticipation of her British fans. Pamputtae’s return promises to be an exciting moment for both her and her dedicated supporters.
The visa complications that had plagued her stemmed from a clerical error. Her work permit had expired, and while she had no intentions of performing during a visit to the US, a friend inadvertently listed her as a performer at an event. This led to her visa being revoked at the airport. Additionally, an error made by a travel agent on her UK visa application, failing to disclose a previous visa cancellation, resulted in a ban and multiple denials.
Despite these setbacks, Pamputtae is now eager to make her triumphant return at ENRG Fest on October 29 in London alongside other renowned artists. Her perseverance shows her dedication to her craft and her unwavering commitment to her fans.
