Recording artiste D’Angel and former Dancehall Queen Carlene Smith have offered insights into their experiences with co-parenting their children alongside ex-partner Beenie Man while shedding light on his absence from their children’s lives.
The dancehall doctor, self-styled as the “girls dem sugar”, had a romantic entanglement with Carlene during the 1990s, resulting in their daughter Crystal. Furthermore, Beenie Man has a son, Marco Dean, with his ex-wife, D’Angel. The dancehall hitmaker has sired several other children with other women.
