Govana, who has been relatively quiet since the start of the new year, has returned with a new single to ‘shake up the place.’
Aptly titled “Earthquake”, the festive collaboration featuring campmate Aidonia sees the duo flexing their lyricism on the Chimney Records-produced track, accompanied by an aesthetically pleasing video (the male populace of their fanbase will thoroughly appreciate this visual)
Set against the backdrop of a private beach party, the video is permeated with a bevvy of scantily clad, well-endowed females, frolicking with the entertainers as they show off their God-given assets, and in some cases, those that were possibly ‘purchased’.Â
This latest effort marks Govana’s second release since the start of the year; last month, he premiered the single “Eternal Life“, accompanied by a music video.
Prism Marketing Consultants understands that “Earthquake” forms part of a joint project by the two deejays dubbed “Brothers Keeper.” However, the camp remains tightlipped about the details surrounding the undertaking.
Meanwhile, Aidonia is preparing to release his second single for the year. Produced by Banger House Music, “Socrates” is a masterful exhibition of the deejay’s quick-witted lyrics, performed over a fiery instrumental bound to set the dancehall ablaze. While the release date of “Socrates” remains unknown, the hype surrounding the track is undeniable, as fans eagerly await the arrival of another potential club banger.
