Jamaican reggae singer Tarrus Riley has been officially removed from the upcoming Best Of The Best Concert in Miami, despite being previously contracted, confirmed, and publicly promoted as part of the line-up for the May 24, 2026 show.
In a statement issued by his management, it was revealed that Riley was fully prepared to deliver a full-band performance and remained ready to honour the agreement. However, organisers allegedly made a unilateral decision to remove him from the roster, even after promotional materials featuring his name had already circulated widely.
The statement further clarified that there was no breach of contract on the artiste’s side, stressing that he remained “willing and able” to perform as agreed. The unexpected removal has now shifted attention toward the promoters and raised questions among fans over the decision-making process behind the festival’s final line-up. Meanwhile, Riley is still scheduled for a separate acoustic performance in Fort Lauderdale on June 5, 2026, which remains unaffected.
