Jamaican dancehall sensation Skillibeng has achieved another notable milestone in his career as he joins Canadian superstar Drake and Atlanta-based rapper Savage 21 on their “It’s All a Blur” North American tour.
Drake himself made the revelation on Tuesday morning via his Instagram Story, where he shared a photo of Skillibeng with the superimposed text “IAAB Chicago Skillibeng.”
This highly anticipated tour will mark Skillibeng’s debut appearance on July 5 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and will span across 56 dates, concluding in Columbus, Ohio, on October 9.
“It’s All a Blur” tour, co-headlined by Drake and Savage 21, aims to promote their collaborative album, “Her Loss.” This expedition is particularly significant for Drake as it marks his first North American tour in five years, adding even more excitement and anticipation among fans and industry observers alike.
This latest achievement comes after Skillibeng’s disappointment in February following his withdrawal from Chris Brown’s U.K/European leg of the “Under The Influence Tour.” Despite this setback, the “Crocodile Teeth” hitmaker’s career trajectory continues to rise, and the opportunity to tour with Drake and Savage 21 will undoubtedly further solidify his position as a rising powerhouse in the dancehall genre.
