Fresh off her headline-grabbing Carnival stint in Barbados, Dancehall Queen Spice is marking her 44th birthday with another career milestone as her new Latin-infused collaboration, Miss World Body, featuring Argentine rap and Latin urban star La Joaqui, debuted at No. 3 on the U.S. iTunes Top 100 Reggae Songs Chart. Produced by Grammy-winning Alexx Antaeus, the bilingual single highlights Spice’s continued rise beyond dancehall as she strengthens her presence in the Latin music market, just weeks after earning two nominations at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards.

The energetic collaboration blends the unmistakable pulse of Jamaican dancehall with Latin urban rhythms, creating a cross-cultural anthem celebrating confidence, femininity and cultural pride. The release also introduces La Joaqui to dancehall audiences while expanding Spice’s reach across Latin America and Spanish-speaking markets. Antaeus, who previously collaborated with the Jamaican entertainer on Volcano, said his vision was to unite two vibrant musical cultures without compromising their authenticity. “My goal was to create a record that unites cultures without compromising their identity. Miss World Body brings together the power of dancehall and Latin urban music in a way that feels authentic, exciting, and ready for the world,” he said.

The single caps off a whirlwind week for the Queen of Dancehall, who recently went viral after joining Rihanna and A$AP Rocky during Barbados’ Crop Over festivities. Footage of Rihanna dancing to Spice’s impromptu performance aboard the exclusive Aura SOS Cruise quickly spread across social media, further cementing the entertainer’s global appeal ahead of her latest release.

Meanwhile, Spice’s momentum shows no signs of slowing. The Caribbean Music Awards, which has relocated to Trinidad and Tobago after three successful editions in Brooklyn, New York, has nominated the dancehall star for Female Dancehall – Artist of the Year and Dancehall – Performer of the Year. The ceremony is scheduled for September 18–20 at the National Academy for the Performing Arts. With a chart-climbing new single, growing international visibility and major award recognition, Spice continues to prove that dancehall’s global reach is expanding, with her firmly leading the charge
