The 3rd Annual Afro-Carib Festival (ACF) is set to unfold on Saturday, February 25th, 2023, at the Miramar Regional Park Amphitheater in Miramar, Florida.
The event, hosted by the City of Miramar and presented by Visit Lauderdale, will feature a diverse lineup of musicians representing various genres from the Caribbean and African Diaspora.
Attendees will be treated to a plethora of live performances by a carefully curated roster of unique artists, including GRAMMY Award-winning Jamaican singer Koffee alongside Jacob Forever, J. Perry, Alexander Star, and Yung Wylin. The festival will showcase the blending of cultures that evolved through a shared bond rooted in African origins, celebrating the power of the Diaspora and the beauty of its people and global cultural impact.
According to host Commissioner Alexander P. Davis, “The Afro-Carib Festival not only honours our collective roots but also celebrates and shines a spotlight on the beauty of our people and our global cultural impact.”
The event brings together musicians, craftsmen, artists, creators, food vendors, and fans to celebrate the rich music, culture, and cuisine manifested from these powerful bonds.
